Return Policy: Duramax accepts returns of new product within 30 days of customer receiving the product.

Fees: Customer pays 15% Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Costs.

If you receive damaged parts or are missing parts, please email us at support@uspolymersinc.com and support@backyardoas.com within 5 days or the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement parts.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.
