What is the warranty for RIGA Greenhouses?

RIGA Greenhouses offer a 15-year warranty for the frame and a 10-year warranty for polycarbonate. After 5 years, the polycarbonate warranty is pro-rated.

What is the warranty for Victorian Greenhouses?

Victorian Greenhouses come with a 15-year warranty for the frame.

Are your greenhouses covered against heavy winds and snow loads?

None of our greenhouses are guaranteed against heavy winds and/or heavy snow loads. However, the quality and strength of our greenhouses vary by product line.

Is it necessary to add the greenhouse to my insurance policy?

Yes, it is the responsibility of the end-user to add their greenhouse to their insurance policy for coverage.

Are there any special reinforcements available for certain greenhouses?

Do I need a permit to install one of your greenhouses?

What happens if I encounter permit issues after purchasing a greenhouse?

If a customer encounters permit issues and needs to return the greenhouse, they will be responsible for all return costs. This includes shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees if necessary. Please ensure compliance with local regulations before making a purchase.
