Product came in the timeframe that was expected. The local shipping company actually put the crate right in my garage! The sauna was constructed relatively easily with the help of a friend on erecting the front and back walls. All pieces were in good condition. I completed it in about 20 hours of work over 4 days by myself. If your doing the build yourself you definitely want to have some construction skills and building knowledge. Overall a pretty good experience with some small issues of product not cut right and instructions not as descriptive as I would have liked. Ordering and confirmation were very easy.
