Can the propane free-standing heaters be converted from propane to natural gas?
Yes. We do offer a conversion kit that allows the propane gas heaters to be hooked up to a natural gas line.
Does the Tungsten Portable come with a cover?
The Tungsten Portable heater does not come with a cover, but we do recommend to order a cover to ensure the heater is protected from the elements when not in use.
What’s the difference between the Tungsten and Platinum collections?
The key distinction lies in design and heat output. The Tungsten boasts a honeycomb mesh while our Platinum series showcases a ceramic glass screen in a stainless-steel frame. For heat, Tungsten offers 2000-6000W, while Platinum ranges from 2300-3400W.
Can I install the fixed mounted heaters myself?
No, all the fixed mounted heaters must be installed by a licensed technician.
Are Bromic Heaters weatherproof?
The modern electric patio heaters are weather resistant, but not water proof. They can be exposed to the elements, but as with any outdoor product, the better the care, the longer the life.
