Return Policy: The Outdoor Plus allows returns up to 7 days upon receipt. No returns are allowed for made to order or customized items. If you believe their is a defective part, we will cover the whole thing.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
