Cancellation/Return Policy For Outdoor Living Today

Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages through the warranty, provided the claim is submitted within 30 days of delivery. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 5–14 days. Free shipping is included for regularly serviceable areas. Remote locations may have added fees. Tracking details will be emailed the day after shipment via courier freight.

You do not need to be home when freight arrives, but receiving the packages in person is recommended when possible. Delivery will be made to the closest dry area with clear access for the truck. Please match tracking numbers to boxes received. Contact the carrier if any box is missing.
