Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.
Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
Damaged Items:
All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. When you add a shed to our shopping cart the price will default to a Standard Plywood System. ½” thick plywood will be cut to size to fit properly on your rafters overhanging on front, rear and sides.
Fasteners are included to secure plywood to roof rafters. You will need to purchase, at your own expense, the type of roofing material suitable – such as asphalt, metal, slate or solar.

Seam Filler Shingles – Our Proprietary Designed Filler Shingles Are Included To Be Attached To Roof Panels To Create A Seamless And Tight Roof

Shingles will have a 6 ½” exposure to prevent premature cupping and deterioration of the shingle.
Simply lift each panel up and place on roof rafters. Attach each panel and then position our proprietary filler shingle in roof seams.
To complete, position roof ridge caps on roof apex and attach with supplied fasteners.
