Cancellation/Return Policy For Outdoor Living Today

Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages through the warranty, provided the claim is submitted within 30 days of delivery. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–14 days. Free shipping applies to regularly serviceable areas. Remote locations may have added fees. The carrier will contact you to book delivery, and tracking details are sent the next business day via courier freight.

Deliveries occur on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Call the carrier on delivery day to confirm timing and have someone available to receive the shipment. Before unloading, verify the label matches your address and take photos of the package on the truck.
