Cancellation/Return Policy For Outdoor Living Today

Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages through the warranty, provided the claim is submitted within 30 days of delivery. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–14 days. Free shipping is included for regularly serviceable areas; remote locations may have added fees. Tracking is sent the day after shipping. The carrier will schedule delivery. Weekday delivery only. Someone must be present to receive the shipment.

Package Arrival

Check the shipping label on the unit while it’s still on the truck to confirm your name and address. Take photos of the package as shown on the truck. The driver will unload the skid using a liftgate and place it beside the truck or at the curb.

Inspecting Damages

You have the right to inspect the freight before signing. Check the unit’s condition and note “Damaged” on the delivery receipt if needed. Take photos of any damage, including the pallet, and call us. Damaged parts are replaced when noted on the carrier’s copy.
