After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

  • Customers are responsible for providing shingles, paint, and drip edge to customize the playhouse.
  • If desired, you can add a floor kit or optional 4x4 runners for added stability and convenience.
  • If you choose to prepare a cement/concrete slab, it must match the exact size of the playhouse. Trimming of the 3" skirting may be required if the slab is larger.

(If you are using a slab as the floor, it needs to be the exact size of the building. If it's used as a foundation, it can be any size.)
