Cancellation/Return Policy For Exaco

Return Policy: Exaco generally does not accept returns as everything is built to order. Exceptions apply.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Exaco Royal Victorian Lower Threshold Kit 

The Lower Threshold Kit 2025 is the latest upgrade for Janssens Royal Victorian greenhouses, lowering the entry point from the standard 4.5" foundation frame to just 1 1/4". This makes access safer and smoother, especially when moving wheelbarrows or carts.

Unlike the previous KSD Low Threshold Kit, which included a full 4-sided frame and a sliding door lock, the 2025 model is a simplified bottom-only threshold. It comes in one length, so if you have a single sliding door you’ll need to cut it to size, and if you have double sliding doors you’ll need to purchase two kits.

⚠️ Important: Installation requires cutting into the foundation frame.
