Return Policy: Exaco generally does not accept returns as everything is built to order. Exceptions apply.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Center Your Victorian Greenhouses Door With This Centering Kit

The Door Centering Kit helps you align a single door on units with an even number of bays like the VI34, or a double door on greenhouses with an odd number of bays such as the VI46 gable end. It gives your structure a neat and even layout, so your door sits right where it should.

This greenhouse door centering kit includes one additional PRO1456 frame piece to create two narrow bays on each side of the door, plus narrow glass panes for standard wall height. Please note, the version with glass panes can only ship together with your original greenhouse order.

Note: If your greenhouse has already shipped, only the PRO1456 frame will be available, and the glass panes must be sourced locally.
