Cancellation/Return Policy For Exaco

Return Policy: Exaco generally does not accept returns as everything is built to order. Exceptions apply.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Exaco Fixed Interior Shadecloths, designed by Janssens, reduce heat and sunlight by 40–50% while adding a clean, modern look to your greenhouse. These fixed panels are made of 100% white polyester and attach securely with three black aluminum straps at the gable, gutter, and sidewall. Each panel covers two panes on one side of the greenhouse, and multiple panels can be combined for full coverage.

Built to last, these shadecloths provide reliable sun protection but remain sleek and unobtrusive inside your greenhouse. While they are fixed (non-sliding), they can be installed in single sections or in complete sets, depending on your needs.
