Cancellation/Return Policy For Canopia

Return Policy: Palram/Canopia only accepts returns within 30 days of customers receiving the product. Product must be in new condition and in original packaging including the pallet.

Custom (made-to-order) products are not eligible for refunds.

Before credit is issued a photo will be required so we can verify:

Small Parcel: The product is in its original packaging.

LTL shipment: The product is in its original packaging and strapped to a pallet.

If the LTL delivery is signed without noting damage, it means customer accept the item as is.

Fees: 20% Restocking Fee & Customer pays for shipping both ways.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.
