Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat 300 Series Heaters are as distinct looking as they are powerful. These innovative patio heaters, with brushed stainless steel accents, are an efficient and modern looking option to extend your outdoor living season. The Platinum Smart-Heat model uses a translucent ceramic glass medium to efficiently drive heat towards its intended target and is guaranteed in winds of up to 11 mph. The unique tinted ceramic glass also has an added benefit of protecting the patio heater from precipitation.

Bromic Gas Heaters operate using either Liquid Propane (LP) or Natural Gas (NG), while generating more heat than electric (220v) patio heaters. These gas heaters, when combined with the ceramic glass, emit a soft glow to enhance your atmosphere and not dominate the lighting of your outdoor room. Optional Wireless ON/OFF control unit allows the power output of the heater to be turned on/off, impulsive or timer controlled up to 8 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds. The wireless control is enclosed in a protective box and can be used with 110 - 230VAC supply voltages. Can control two 3000W heaters at 230VAC (1500W at 110VAC). Includes 4-channel remote. Optional deflector shield is ideal when mounting in low clearance areas, shielding walls and ceilings from radiant heat by redirecting airflow. See Spec Sheet for details.

All our Smart-Heat gas heaters come with wall mount brackets. Ceiling poles, deflectors and controllers can be purchased as additional accessories.

Can I install the heater myself?

No, our Bromic Smart-Heat gas heaters need to be installed by a licensed technician.

Do the gas heaters require an electrical supply?

Yes, these heaters have an electric ignition which requires an electrical supply.

How can I control the heater?

We recommend adding the Bromic On/Off controller and wireless remote, so the heater can be turned off and on from the comfort of your home. Alternatively, the heater can also be controlled via a standard wall switch.

Can I adjust the heat output on the gas heaters?

Our gas heaters are on/off only. If you're looking for a dimmable option, the we would recommend our Bromic electric heaters, which allow for more precise control over the heat output.

Is the heater supplied with a heat deflector

No. Heat deflectors are available as an additional accessory.

Does the heater come with a cover?

No, we do not offer cover for our fixed installed heaters as these present a fire-hazard as there is a risk the heater might get accidentally switched on with the cover on.

Can this heater be connected to a smart home or building automation system?

Yes, the heater can be connected to smart home and building technology, provided the system has been fitted with a RS232 port. For this, you require our On/Off Controller and our Bromic Smart-Heat Link RS232 plugin.
