Exaco offers two types of greenhouses: glass greenhouse kits and polycarbonate greenhouses.
Can I Customize My Exaco Greenhouse?

Can the greenhouses be used all year?
Yes, you can use it throughout the year. It's great for growing plants even in colder months. In winter, you might need to add a heater or extra insulation.
Where should I put greenhouse?
Choose a spot in your garden where it gets plenty of sunlight. Make sure it's flat and protected from strong wind. Avoid putting it under trees that could drop branches on it.
What is the warranty coverage Riga/Victorian Greenhouses?
RIGA Greenhouses offer a 15-year warranty for the frame and a 10-year warranty for polycarbonate. After 5 years, the polycarbonate warranty is pro-rated.
Victorian Greenhouses come with a 15-year warranty for the frame.
Generally, our warranty covers Manufacturer's Defects Only.
Are your greenhouses covered against heavy winds and snow loads?
None of our greenhouses are guaranteed against heavy winds and/or heavy snow loads. However, each model has its own wind and snow rating and regular maintenance should be performed.
Is it necessary to add the greenhouse to my insurance policy?
It is the responsibility of the customer to add their greenhouse to their insurance policy for coverage depending on their local weather and guidelines.
Are there any special reinforcements available for certain greenhouses?

Do I need a permit to install one of your greenhouses?
In most cases, our greenhouses do not require a permit. However, it is the customer's responsibility to check and obtain any necessary permits. Greenhouses are typically considered "non-permanent" structures and may not be subject to permanent building codes.
What happens if I encounter permit issues after purchasing a greenhouse?
We do not allow returns for permit issues. Please ensure compliance with local regulations before making a purchase.
