The Arcadia 12' x 14' Carport/Patio Cover is designed to be installed easily by 2 people within a few hours and does not require building skills or special tools. The virtually unbreakable, 100% UV protected bronze 6mm thick roof panels simply slide into place-no need to get on the roof to secure them. It comes with pre-drilled holes, pre-cut panels and included screws as well as an anchor kit for securing your carport. This stylish and durable shelter will protect your vehicle or outdoor recreation space from snow, rain, leaves and harmful UV rays. The sturdy, powder coated gray aluminum and galvanized steel frame is rust resistant, easy to clean with your garden hose, and has 30lbs/sq. ft. snow load with 50% margin of safety. The Arcadia has great features, including: two gutters, with downspout, to direct rain away from the sides, wide entry with high clearance and a great re-assembly option in case you need to change locations. Love our shed

We had to wait a little longer than expected for our shed to arrive. The style we got was a little complicated to put together, but my wife and I were able to put it together on our own. I put it on a wood frame, using the instructions provided.

Lifetime shed 60354

Disappointed with the layout not being what I thought I was purchasing. On-line on the Backyard Oasis website it shows two 8' x 7.5' sheds, one model number with the door on the 7.5' side and one model number with the door on the 8' side. With the door on the more narrow side it would give a little more room to get around the shed with the lawnmower. I called Backyard Oasis prior to ordering to confirm that Model 60354 did have the door on the more narrow 7.5' side and the Backyard Oasis person confirmed this. Layout and assembly proved to be that the door would be on the 8' side. I called Lifetime 3 times to discuss and was told twice "just keep assembling, you will see". The third call (after KNOWING that the door could not be located on the 7.5' side) I was told that lifetime didn't make a shed with the door on the 7.5' side! Misinformed before ordering. I knew after assembling most of the shed that there is no second chance with the screws into thin plastic, you have one shot to get it right or hole the strips out if it didn't strip out the first time. So, I completed a shed while knowing it was not what I wanted and securing a few locations on the shed by bolting thru using fender washers.....I HAVE A PLASTIC SHED that is slightly more difficult to get around than desired but requires no paint. What can you expect these days. Three stars....I ordered A shed, I got A shed. They could have shipped a toaster or something.

Solid shed. Great space and delivery was reasonable.

Backyard Oasis was the only place I could find that had this specific size in stock. Showed up in a reasonable amount of time, packaged well on a pallet with no damage. Assembly was ok enough, just a lot of parts and screws. Some minor adjustments needed at the end to get everything square, took about a day and a half including building the platform for it to sit on.

Awesome Pergola!

Good looking structure. The height is much higher than I thought. Was able to put together with 2 people but would recommend 3. Some parts needed some force to put in and one pole was missing a hole for water to drain but other than those issues everything else was great. Hopefully they will make a retractable shade I can add on to the structure. Very pricey

Great Shed

I purchased the 8x5 Lifetime shed #6406. The shed was delivered in a very timely manner and without any damage. I have purchased 2 other lifetime sheds in the past and IMO they are the best resin sheds on the market. My wife and I assembled the shed in 1 day working together. The shed is very sturdy once assembled. We had a strong storm with high winds the day after assembly, the shed did not leak at all anywhere. The instructions are well documented overall, with just 1 exception. The left hand door rail needs better instructions. There was no mention which orientation it is installed. I subsequently installed it upside down and the door lock latch does not align and I can not lock the shed. The good news is that the door still closes and latches just fine but it does not sit fully inside the recessed door jam. I tried to remove the rail to invert but at the moment (Cold weather) it will not let me remove. I am hoping that with warmer weather it may allow me to remove and install correctly. The included floor is very durable and the shed is very attractive.
