Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Damaged Items:

Add a louvered wall panel to any side of your Breeze Pergola for extra style. These panels are easy to put together and come as a kit that you assemble where you want to use it. Remember to order the panels when you order your pergola so they can be sent together.

Post Mount Brackets

We suggest using a Post Mount Bracket to attach pergola posts to your foundation. While the pergola is stable without the brackets, adding them will make it sturdier and reduce any swaying. If you live in a windy area, check with your local building authority to make sure it's the right choice.

Delivery Day Guidelines and Damages Policy

1. On the Day of Delivery

Deliveries are not made on weekends, so on the morning of your scheduled delivery, be sure to call the carrier to confirm that your shipment is on schedule, as delivery times typically range between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Additionally, ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

2. When the Truck Arrives

Before unloading, check that the shipping label has your name and address, and contact us immediately if it does not. Take photos of the package as it appears in the truck. The truck driver will then move your skid to the end of the truck, lower it to the ground with the liftgate, and place it next to the truck or on the curb.

3. Inspecting Damages

You can inspect the freight before signing. Note 'Damaged' on the receipt if there are any issues, photograph the damage, and call our customer support line. We'll replace any damaged pieces noted on the carrier's proof of delivery. If the freight is severely damaged, you can refuse the delivery.
