Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

On The Day Of The Delivery

Deliveries occur on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM. Please contact the carrier on the delivery day to confirm the schedule. Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

When The Truck Arrives

Before the pergola kit is unloaded, verify the shipping label matches your information. If there are any discrepancies, contact us immediately. Please take photos of the packaged kit while it's still on the truck.

How To Hand-Offload Your Pergola

Clear a path for the delivery truck and ensure enough space to unload. The unloading time is limited to 15 minutes to avoid extra charges. The pergola kit is packed in a plywood crate with a removable lid and a detachable wall for easy access. Most pieces weigh less than 50 lbs, but having an extra person to help is recommended.

Inspecting Damages

Before signing, inspect the pergola kit and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Take photos of any damage and contact customer support. We will replace broken or damaged pieces if "damaged" is noted on the receipt. You can refuse delivery if the kit shows significant damage or missing protective wrap.
