Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy

On The Day Of The Delivery

Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends. To ensure a smooth delivery, please contact the carrier on the morning of the scheduled delivery day to confirm your shipment's arrival time, typically between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

When The Truck Arrives

Before the delivery driver unloads your pergola kit, please verify that the shipping label on the package displays your correct name and address. If any discrepancies are found, contact us immediately for assistance. Additionally, we recommend taking photos of the package while it's still on the truck for your records.

How To Hand-Offload Your Pergola

To ensure a swift and efficient delivery, please clear a path for the truck and driver, removing any obstacles. The unloading process is typically completed within 15 minutes. To access your pergola kit, simply remove the loose plywood lid and unscrew the wall end of the pallet. Most pieces are manageable for two people to carry, so please have assistance available for unloading.

Inspecting Damages

Before signing for your delivery, please take a few moments to inspect the pergola kit for any damage. Note any visible issues as "Damaged" on the delivery receipt and take photos for your records. Please contact us to report any damage and initiate a replacement process. You have the right to refuse delivery if the kit shows significant damage with broken pieces and missing plastic wrap.
