Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy

On The Day Of The Delivery

This product ships on weekdays only. Contact the carrier on delivery day to confirm the schedule. Deliveries typically occur between 9 AM and 5 PM, and someone must be present to receive the shipment.

When The Truck Arrives

Before accepting delivery, verify that your name and address are on the shipping label while the product is still on the truck. If not, please contact us immediately. Also, take photos of the package as it appears in the truck.

How To Hand-Offload Your Pergola

Ensure your delivery location is accessible for the truck and driver. Remove any obstacles or vehicles if needed. The carrier has a 15-minute offload window, so be prepared with an extra person to assist in unloading the kit's individual pieces, most of which weigh 30-50 lbs. The crate lid and pallet wall are easily removable for access. Delays may incur additional charges.

Inspecting Damages

You have the right to inspect the shipment before accepting it. Note any damage as "Damaged" on the delivery receipt and take photos of any issues, including the pallet. Contact our customer support for assistance. We will replace damaged pieces if noted on the receipt. If the damage is extensive, with multiple broken pieces and no plastic wrap, you may refuse delivery.
