Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy

On The Day Of The Delivery

Important Shipping Information: Please note that the carrier does not deliver on weekends, and it's recommended to contact them on the morning of the scheduled delivery to confirm it's on time. Deliveries typically occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays, so please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment during this timeframe.

When The Truck Arrives

Before the delivery driver unloads the package, please verify that the shipping label correctly displays your name and address. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately. Additionally, we recommend taking photos of the package while it's still on the truck for your records.

How To Hand-Offload Your Pergola

To ensure a smooth delivery, please clear a path for the truck and driver to easily access the drop-off location, relocating any vehicles if needed. The carrier has allocated 15 minutes for unloading, and any additional time may result in extra charges. To access the kit components, simply lift the loose plywood lid off the crate. The wall end of the pallet is lightly screwed onto the frame and can be easily removed. Most individual pieces weigh between 30-50 lbs, so having an additional person to assist with unloading is recommended.

Inspecting Damages

Before signing the delivery receipt, please take a moment to inspect the unit for any damage. Mark the receipt as "Damaged" if necessary and take photos of any issues, including the pallet. Contact our customer support team right away. We'll replace damaged pieces if noted on the receipt. In cases of severe damage, such as multiple broken pieces and missing plastic wrap, you can refuse delivery.
