Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Damaged Items:

Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy

On The Day Of The Delivery

Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends. On the morning of your scheduled delivery day, please call the carrier to confirm your shipment is on time. Carriers typically deliver between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and someone must be present to receive the shipment.

When The Truck Arrives

Before the delivery driver unloads your pergola kit, please double-check that the shipping label shows your correct name and address. If you notice any errors, contact us right away. Additionally, we recommend taking photos of the package while it's still on the truck for your records.

How To Hand-Offload Your Pergola

To ensure a smooth delivery, please clear a path for the truck and driver, removing any obstacles like vehicles if needed. The driver has 15 minutes to unload your order, so having an extra person on hand to help is recommended. Most pieces weigh between 30-50 pounds, and the plywood crate has a loose lid for easy access. The end wall of the pallet is lightly screwed and can be quickly removed. Additional unloading time may result in extra charges.

Inspecting Damages

Please take a few moments to inspect the condition of your pergola kit before signing for the delivery. It is your right to do so. If you notice any damage, write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt when signing. Be sure to take pictures of any damage, including the pallet, and contact our customer support line. We will gladly replace any broken or damaged pieces if the "Damaged" notation is present on the carrier's copy of the delivery receipt. If you see extensive damage, such as multiple broken pieces and missing plastic wrap, you may refuse the delivery.
