Return Policy: Duramax accepts returns of new product within 30 days of customer receiving the product.

If you receive damaged parts or are missing parts, please email us at support@uspolymersinc.com and support@backyardoas.com within 5 days.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Great shed for a great price

This is a great shed, took me 6 hours by myself to assemble. Does not leak if you follow the assembly instructions. The directions were easy to follow with images. The base of the shed also needs to be perfectly level and all the holes will line up as they should. Follow the directions and you won't have any issues with this shed. It's that simple.

Sturdy Shed! Rep Andy was super communicative!

Really like the sturdy design of the shed since it attached to a metal frame. We did lay plywood down on top of the metal foundation to form our floor! Shed keeps pretty cool in the summer but we have a tree that covers part of it! Thanks to Andy for explaining the different between Duramax and Lifetime.
