  • Customer Responsibilities: Please note that the customer is responsible for providing shingles, roof drip-edge, and paint.
  • Delivery: The shed is delivered as a panelized kit. Upon reaching the customer's local terminal, the shipping company will coordinate delivery arrangements. It is important to have at least 2-3 people available at the time of delivery to assist in unloading the kit.
  • Optional Floor Kit: Enhance stability and convenience with the optional DIY Floor Kit. It includes 4x4 pressure-treated runners, 5/8" plywood flooring, and 2x4 floor joists spaced 16" on center.
