Kit comes with everything you need to ensure a great result: 2 working windows with screens, grids, tempered safety glass, and decorative square shutters plus high-quality LP Smartside® siding and trim already pre-fastened onto wall panels. Plus, panelized wall sections simplify assembly.
Our DIY Kits come with everything preassembled, labeled, primed and ready to assemble. NO EXTRA CUTTING.
Customer will be responsible for the shingles, drip edge and paint. Detailed Picture Manual will be included. 2 in. x 4 in., 16 in. O.C. wall studs, 7/16 in. LP Smart side Paneling with 4 in. on center grooves, 7/16 in. OSB Roof Sheeting, 8 ft. Truss Width Units come with 4 ft. w x 6 ft. h Double Door openings, 10 ft. to 12 ft. Comes with 5 ft. w x 6 ft. h Double Door openings. 2 – 18″ x 22″ Working windows with screens and shutters. Optional DIY Floor Kit includes 4×4 Pressure Treated Runners, 5/8 in. - 2 Person home delivery – when the pallet reaches the customer’s local terminal, the shipping company will contact the customer to set up delivery, the customer is responsible for providing at least 2 people at delivery to help unload the kit.

- The floor size should be exactly the same size as the building
- To build your own floor, the size of the floor will need to be the exact size of the Five Corner shed
- We recommend a crushed stone base 1 wider on either side of the shed
- The siding overlaps the side of the wood floor roughly 3″ and there is no moisture barrier. You can put this on a cement slab or wood floor – but accommodate this.
- You can retrofit for this but we do not provide instructions for this.
Do I need a Floor Kit? You can either provide your own floor or cement slab to set the shed on or purchase the Floor Kit with your shed.
