Shipping Time: Please allow 2 to 8 business days for delivery to your curbside. Please note that most handy home sheds will be delivered by their local carrier therefore no tracking number will be assigned.

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This item ships to all States of the contiguous U.S.A (lower 48). Please note that all shipments over 100lbs go by LTL freight. For more information check out our Shipping Policy.

Return Policy: Handy Home does not accept returns once shipped as everything is cut to order and the item would be considered custom. Both Backyard Oasis and Handy Home will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.
