Return Policy: Duramax accepts returns of new product within 30 days of customer receiving the product.

If you receive damaged parts or are missing parts, please email us at support@uspolymersinc.com and support@backyardoas.com within 5 days.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Sturdy and Well Made

This shed is a sturdy project and matches the description when constructed. Keep in mind that a concrete pad will be needed as the design requires bolting the shed to the concrete pad with anchors. The actual construction of this product takes some time and the directions were a bit confusing at times. Once finished we were happy with the results.

Although the garage doesn't have pre-made spots for electrical wiring, you can drill into the wall panel or run wires from underneath the garage to set up electricity.
