Return Policy: Arteflame only accepts returns within 30 days of customers receiving the product.

Custom (made-to-order) products are not eligible for refunds.

Requires authorized RMA form to be filled out and any custom (made-to-order) products are not eligible for refunds.

Fees: 30% Restocking Fee & Customer pays for shipping both ways.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.
