Return Policy: Outdoor Living Today does not accept returns in general (contact us for your special circumstance). Both Backyard Oasis and OLT will work with you to replace all parts and damages though the warranty. Order Cancellation must be submitted to support@backyardoas.com ASAP if you would like to cancel before shipping.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.

Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy

On The Day Of The Delivery

Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends. Call the carrier the morning of your scheduled delivery to confirm it is on time, as carriers typically deliver between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

When The Truck Arrives

Before the delivery driver unloads your pergola, please verify that the shipping label on the package shows your correct name and address. If there are any discrepancies, contact us immediately. Additionally, take photos of the package while it's still on the truck.

How To Hand-Offload Your Pergola

Please ensure your delivery location is easily accessible for the truck and driver, removing any obstacles like parked vehicles. The carrier allocates 15 minutes for unloading, and extra time may incur additional fees. The kit arrives in a plywood crate with a loose lid for easy access. The pallet's wall end is lightly screwed on for simple removal. Most pieces weigh 30-50 lbs, so please have an additional person on hand to assist with unloading.

Inspecting Damages

Take a few moments to inspect your delivery before signing. If you find any damage, note "Damaged" on the receipt and take photos, including the pallet. Contact our customer support, as we replace broken or damaged pieces if the receipt is marked "Damaged." In the case of severe damage, such as multiple broken pieces and missing plastic wrap, you can refuse delivery.
