The Palladium high fashion metal shed is a uniquely looking shed that brings outdoor storage to a modern world. The shed has heavy duty galvanized steel interior beams and columns and the double thick galvanized steel walls combines with a strong attractive lock handle door for a unique and secure unmatched attractive shed. It has a comfortable interior wall height of about 74" and a roof degree of 10°. The Palladium is painted using a hot dipped process to protect the shed’s look and insure long life. The treated panels offer the constant of zero attack and this is underlined by the 25 year warranty against rust.

Product is as advertised. Need some mechanical skills to put together but nothing impossible. Only bad thing was shipping and delivery notifications. Had to check with the carrier a few times on if it is being shipped or not and when I can expect it. Other than that, everything was great.
We’ll built but, instructions are difficult. It would help to number the parts in their sequence of assembly. Also, braces parts #29 and #30 do not fit well and require modification to attach properly. Screw holes are not located in the correct places.
Leaks a lot during rain, does seem to slow up but never stops. I do like the product but, hope this problem can be solved.

Backyard Oasis contacts, Sarah and Andy were most helpful and accommodating to my order of the Pergola. I had contacted the manufacturer and they gave a list of retail providers; Backyard Oasis was at the top of the list. My order arrived as promised, however I cannot rate the pergola yet as it is still being assembled. The 5 star rating is for Backyard Oasis and their customer service.

Excellent quality gazebo. The folks at Backyard Oasis provided phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend. I ran into a couple of issues with the instructions and called Backyard Oasis for help. They responded immediately and walked me through the steps.
This company know customer service! The shed took a little longer to be delivered than what was originally posted BUT the team kept me up to date every step of the way! The pandemic has delayed a lot of things and with every shipment progress they called or emailed me to tell me where they were in the process. They are phenomenal! 10/10 recommend this company.
