Cedarrattan Large Sofa Set

It was my first time buying a product from Backyard Oasis. They responded to my inquiry very quickly and efficiently. The delivery of the shed was fast and on time. The delivery driver was friendly and caring. Very happy with the purchase, overall a Great Experience.

This product was Awesome!! delivered in a timely manner.

Before you guys ask me to review your products, you should check first to see if they were delivered. We have yet to receive our purchase.

Product is as advertised. Need some mechanical skills to put together but nothing impossible. Only bad thing was shipping and delivery notifications. Had to check with the carrier a few times on if it is being shipped or not and when I can expect it. Other than that, everything was great.

We’ll built but, instructions are difficult. It would help to number the parts in their sequence of assembly. Also, braces parts #29 and #30 do not fit well and require modification to attach properly. Screw holes are not located in the correct places.

Leaks a lot during rain, does seem to slow up but never stops. I do like the product but, hope this problem can be solved.

Backyard Oasis contacts, Sarah and Andy were most helpful and accommodating to my order of the Pergola. I had contacted the manufacturer and they gave a list of retail providers; Backyard Oasis was at the top of the list. My order arrived as promised, however I cannot rate the pergola yet as it is still being assembled. The 5 star rating is for Backyard Oasis and their customer service.

This company know customer service! The shed took a little longer to be delivered than what was originally posted BUT the team kept me up to date every step of the way! The pandemic has delayed a lot of things and with every shipment progress they called or emailed me to tell me where they were in the process. They are phenomenal! 10/10 recommend this company.

This item was listed as out of stock. The representative from Backyard Oasis had to go to extra work to arrange a drop ship from the warehouse. Great communication and follow up from this representative. Would recommend

We recently moved. My husband lost his shop. I researched shops/sheds. They were so expensive even local. I ordered this building kit. I worried because it was coming from so far away. But I was kept in the loop the whole time.
It came in. My husband loves it. He has been working on getting it built. His project.
