Product is as advertised. Need some mechanical skills to put together but nothing impossible. Only bad thing was shipping and delivery notifications. Had to check with the carrier a few times on if it is being shipped or not and when I can expect it. Other than that, everything was great.
We’ll built but, instructions are difficult. It would help to number the parts in their sequence of assembly. Also, braces parts #29 and #30 do not fit well and require modification to attach properly. Screw holes are not located in the correct places.
Leaks a lot during rain, does seem to slow up but never stops. I do like the product but, hope this problem can be solved.

I had contacted the manufacturer and they gave a list of retail providers; Backyard Oasis was at the top of the list. My order arrived as promised, however I cannot rate the pergola yet as it is still being assembled. The 5 star rating is for Backyard Oasis and their customer service.

Excellent quality gazebo. The folks at Backyard Oasis provided phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend. I ran into a couple of issues with the instructions and called Backyard Oasis for help. They responded immediately and walked me through the steps.
This company know customer service! The shed took a little longer to be delivered than what was originally posted BUT the team kept me up to date every step of the way!
